Trust Production Services is owned and managed by Michele Judah Saylor.

We are based in Sacramento California. We serve all of the USA.

The company was started by Michele’s father, Robert Wilson Judah, in 1993.

Bob and Michele worked as a father and daughter team for almost thirty years.

Michele Judah Saylor

Michele worked with TPS as a paralegal for more than twenty-five years. She became the Owner of TPS in 2023. Michele is a Mobile Notary serving the State of California. Michele’s professional background includes many years spent managing veterinary hospitals and selling for Standard and Poor’s (Mc Graw-Hill, F. W. Dodge). Michele attended Diablo Valley College and Louisiana State University. She is a watercolor, ink, pencil and acrylic artist. Michele is married to Mark Jay Saylor, USMC, a master mechanic of heavy-duty diesel engines. Mark and Michele have three daughters who will eventually take over the reins at Trust Production Services. Mark and Michele are lifetime Members of The Sacramento Sheriff’s Posse, The California State Horsemen’s Association, The Appaloosa Horse Club, and The Sacramento Horsemen’s Association. Trust Production Services is a proud sponsor of the aforementioned associations. In their spare time, Mark and Michele enjoy raising chickens, gardening, fishing, classic American cars, and spending time with family (human, equine, canine, and feline).

Robert Wilson Judah

Bob began producing trusts for residents of California, Arizona and Nevada in the early 1990’s. Before creating Trust Production Services, Bob worked as Manager of International Sales for Kaiser Aluminum in the 1970’s and 80’s, and Profit Center Manager for Dow Chemical in the late 1960’s. Bob served in the United States Marine Corps and graduated from the University of Colorado at Denver. Bob was a skier, a figure skater, a musician, a woodworker, a fly fisherman, a bass fisherman, a hunter, a businessman, a friend, a brother, a father, a grandfather, and a husband. Bob loved camping in the great outdoors, mid-century American music, and classic American cars. We lost Bob in the summer of 2023. We are dedicated to continuing his legacy of excellence in the estate planning field.
